Ctrl User Manual September 2017 
As Ctrl grows, the Manual will be continually updated.
Please note that you can search the Manual in Ctrl directly, using the new Chat feature.
Simply click to open the Chat and opt for the top icon, the light bulb. That will open access to Manual with search functionality.
There is also a copy in the main Help section in the top menu
