Dear Valued Customer,
Effective 04/11/2026, esports coverage will transition out of existing Live Odds Professional, Live Odds Flex, Live Odds Longtail & Esports Pre-Match Odds packages into a dedicated, standalone Esports Package. This dedicated offering significantly enhances your sportsbook with multi-provider odds selection (DATA.BET, Esportsbull, and GRID), broader title coverage, live streaming and match-tracker visualisations.
To avoid service disruption, please contact your account manager before 02/11/2026 to activate the new package. If no action is taken, esports will be unavailable from 04/11/26, subject to availability and commercial terms.
