Dear Valued Customer,
Effective 02/10/26, Replay Service will enforce environment-specific authentication, so Betradar Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials issued for production will work only on the production environment and staging credentials only on staging.
From that date, any request using credentials issued for the other environment will be rejected. Before 02/10/26, please confirm that each of your integrations uses the credentials issued for its own environment.
