We apologise for issues experienced by some clients during Mondays PCS integration to the LBC. To ensure that these issues are corrected, and we are able to support the launch appropriately we have delayed Premium Cricket on the Live Booking Calendar until Monday the 6th January. Reminder of important details regarding the Live Booking Calendar:
· If you have not booked a fixture you will no longer receive odds change messages or live updates for that fixture. We continue to urge clients to enable autobooking for cricket fixtures to prevent any disruption to their coverage during launch.
· Assign a Premium Cricket template to each fixture only. If you assign a Live Odds Cricket template you will also receive Live Odds Cricket feed
· Live Booking Calendar is for Live fixtures only. You will receive pre match odds changes and updates as normal
· If you have not booked a fixture you will not receive any live updates, including settlement messages. Any pre match markets will be settled once the game has ended.
IMPORTANT: To continue receiving the PCS feed you must complete the below actions before 6th January
Enable Autobooking Rules:
1. Set up autobooking rules for cricket fixtures in the “Autobooking” tab before 4th December.
2. We can assist with enabling autobooking. Please contact us if support is needed.
3. Assign Templates in CTRL:
• To receive Premium Cricket odds, ensure the Premium Cricket template only is assigned and active in CTRL.
• Deactivate any “Live Odds Cricket” template to avoid conflicts.
4. Pre-Launch Preparation:
• Premium Cricket fixtures are now available in the Live Booking Calendar Integration environment.
• Familiarise yourself with the booking process and features before launch.
